I am having a holiday get together for about 8-10 people and I want to smoke something on my grill. I have 418 sq. inches of grill space. What do you recommend?

Salmon or Turkey

You could smoke chicken, salmon or turkey…any type of fish…through together a bunch of veggies wrapped in foil…ummm have fun

Smoked Veggies with herbs
2 ts butter or margarine; melted
12 med fresh mushrooms; sliced
3 med zucchini; sliced 1/4-inch
-thick
3 med tomatoes; chopped
1 tb onion; finely chopped
3/4 ts dried whole basil
3/4 ts dried whole oregano
1/2 ts garlic salt
1 tb butter or margarine
3 tb ; water
: Soak apple or oak wood chips in water 1 top 24 hours.
: Make a 2-1/2-inch-deep tray from heavy-duty aluminum foil. Place
2 teaspoons melted butter in tray, and coat bottom evenly.
: Combine vegetables, basil, oregano, and garlic salt; place in
foil tray. Dot with 1 tablespoon butter, and sprinkle with water.
Cover loosely with foil; set tray aside.
: Prepare charcoal fire in smoker or on one side of a covered
grill. Let burn 10 to 15 minutes or until flames disappear. Add 6
pieces of soaked wood chips to coals. Place vegetables on grill.
(Place on opposite sides from coals if using covered grill.) Cover
and cook 1 hour and 20 minutes on smoker or 1 hour in covered grill.
Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
