I just moved and went to get my new driver’s license. They issued me a temporary certificate that doesn’t have a picture and said it will be 3-6 weeks for the permanent one to be mailed to me. I travel in 3 weeks for my brother’s wedding. I don’t have a passport or other government issued photo id. What can I do?
