A friend and I are planning to visit Memphis first of November. The list of hotels is overwhelming and we have gotten mixed reviews. We know there are bad & good areas and need to know where TO stay and affordably. ($50-$100 a night).
We plan to visit Graceland and Beale St.

An easy drive about 67 miles further would be to graceland about 67 miles then take you right up to graceland and across.
