I work for an employer that requires us to work holidays. He pays us a holiday rate of time and a half. Does this holiday pay exempt him from counting that holiday in the normal workweek? Our employer says that since he pays us extra to work the holidays then that holiday is not included in the normal workweek. Is this legal?

The same day i search from my house the same website, the same dates, locations etc etc and they are different results and alot more expensive?
Do websites know that my IP address is located in a more affluent area and think i have more money to spend?

It seems like she always says what does and doesn’t count so that her holidays fall on the ones she wants. We are in Virginia, and no one seems to have an official holoday “list.” Anyone have any advice? Thanks!
