What are the days of the Easter holiday this year in France?

I have a trip I have to make for business to France at the beginning of April this year. I had heard that Friday the 10th is a holiday, as is Sunday the 12th and also Monday the 13th.

Are the Friday and Monday official holidays in France? If they are, should I expect large multinational companies to be closed for business those days?
