holiday
saucykittykatt asked:

I wanted to make something that would be easily warmed in the microwave and that would serve about 40 people. Traditional holiday with a twist would be good. Send me your very best dishes! Thanks a ton! Happy Holidays!

Here’s a fun stuffing recipe that can easily be multiplied to serve 40…

CRANBERRY, MAPLE, AND ALMOND STUFFING

12 oz. bag corn bread stuffing cubes or mix
1/2-cup chopped celery
1/2-cup chopped onions
1/2-cup butter
1/2-cup maple syrup
1 cup cranberries
1/2-cup chopped toasted almonds
1/4-cup brown sugar
1/4-cup chicken broth
2 eggs

Cook cranberries with sugar and maple syrup, set aside to cool awhile.

Cook onions and celery in butter.

Mix all ingredients together thoroughly.

Add eggs and incorporate thoroughly.

Bake in foil at 350° F for 30 minutes.

serves 4-6
